What topics do you enjoy speaking on the most?
I love diving into anything that empowers wedding pros to step into their confidence—whether it’s owning their sales process, creating boundaries, or designing workflows that actually work. I also enjoy talking about leadership, especially how to lead with heart and clarity, and tackling the inevitable overwhelm that comes with being an entrepreneur.
What topic would you love to tackle next?
I’m really excited to explore the idea of reinvention and the evolution of a career—how to know when it’s time to move on, pivot, or dig deeper. So many of us hit moments where we feel stuck or unsure of what’s next, and I’d love to unpack how to navigate those transitions with clarity and confidence. It’s about embracing the journey, not fearing change, and figuring out how to keep moving forward in a way that feels aligned and purposeful.
How would you describe your speaking style?
Smart, approachable, and unexpectedly funny. I’m all about keeping it real, bringing actionable advice, and making sure my audience feels both seen and inspired.
What has been your favorite speaking engagement to date?
My favorite speaking engagement to date was definitely the Global Romance Travel Summit in St. Lucia. The venue was absolutely stunning, and I loved the chance to connect with travel professionals. Diving into the data of travel trends was both fun and inspiring—it was great to explore how the wedding and travel industries intersect and how we can adapt to what couples are seeking. Plus, who doesn’t love a little Caribbean sunshine while doing what you love?
When heading to a wedding industry conference, I never leave home without my….
Laptop, personal clicker (gotta control those slides!), and bottles and bottles of water. Oh, and lozenges—because the fear of losing my voice mid-presentation is very real! Staying hydrated and ready to go is a must for me.
Where would you love to speak next?
I’d love to take the stage internationally more—maybe in Australia or Italy. But honestly, any space where I can connect with creative entrepreneurs and help them level up their businesses feels like the right spot.
