In 2014, Meghan Ely founded WeddingIndustrySpeakers.com to address a gap she’d noticed in the wedding industry: there was no shortage of conference organizers and program directors who needed speakers for their next event. But actually securing expert speakers who could deliver a compelling talk was harder than it looked.

For a decade, WIS was the go-to source for top-tier speakers who’d been personally vetted by Meghan and her team. Our speakers have appeared at events such as Engage, Be Sage Conference, RSVP Club, WIPA National Conference, the Coterie Retreat, and DWP Congress.

While we no longer represent speakers, we now train the next generation of wedding industry speakers through our annual Wedding Industry Speakers course, which covers everything a speaker needs to be confident, in-demand, and reliably engaging. Speakers can also book Meghan and her team for a coaching intensive to help them reach their speaking goals even faster.

And, as she has done since founding OFD Consulting in 2009, Meghan continues to travel the country to speak at wedding-industry events on topics such as the wedding media landscape, reputation management, and PR strategies for event professionals.
