Getting to Know You
What topics do you enjoy speaking on the most?
I love speaking about startups, the ever-changing landscape of technology and consumer expectations, and how you can (and should!) use technology to streamline your business and attract Gen Z consumers. More specifically, I love helping event pros cut through the noise and helping them understand how the broad tech landscape applies to their business in a very real way.
What topic would you love to tackle next?
Technology is ALWAYS changing, so there’s always so much to tackle within the topics listed above. I want to make sure that tech trends feel approachable for the events industry so that we aren’t continually “behind” in tech adoption.
How would you describe your speaking style?
My speaking style is informal and conversational. I want people to leave feeling like they’ve learned a lot but that they’ve also gotten to know me personally.
What has been your favorite speaking engagement to date?
I’ve loved speaking at David Tutera Experience, Wedding Pro CEO, and Coterie Retreat — all events that felt intimate and engaging (100-150 attendees). This format really lends itself to my speaking style and makes audience members feel comfortable enough to ask great questions.
